WELCOME TO OUR PRESCHOOL
The Academy of Excellence Preschool considers it a priviledge to care for your child. We hope that you will choose us to participate in your child's first formal learning experience and we will take that responsibility very seriously. In addition to providing an excellent learning environment, it is our goal to meet your child's needs socially, emotionally, and physically.
We are proud of our preschool staff, which has been chosen not only because of their desire to teach children, but because of their love of children. Both the Pre-3 and K-4 classes use the A Beka curriculum, which teaches Christian principles in an age appropriate manner and provides a foundation for future learning. The preschool is a combination of school and play. The curriculum introduces phonics, language development, numbers, and reading in a fun, non-pressuring way. The
classroom experience also helps children learn to follow rules, play together, share toys, and listen to the teacher. We believe the foundation of your child's learning experience will be solidly built by the combined efforts of home and preschool.
Our goal is for the Academy of Excellence Preschool to be a pleasant, safe, friendly place for each child. The happiness and well-being of each child is of utmost importance and we will endeavor to provide each of them with a positive self-image and strong beginning toward independence and future learning.
